59-year-old Arizona woman with 4 DUI convictions arrested for extreme DUI

653-Deborah-A.-Ogden-150x150FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – A 59-year-old Arizona woman has been arrested on suspicion of extreme DUI. According to Northern Arizona authorities, the Williams woman already has four DUI convictions. This makes it her fifth DUI arrest.

59-year-old Deborah A. Ogden had a blood-alcohol level of 0.211 at the time of arrest which was well above Arizona’s legal limit of 0.08 percent. She has had four DUI convictions since 2004.

Flagstaff police told that Ogden was driving in a way that made officers suspect she was intoxicated after which she was stopped by police early Tuesday.

After she was stopped, officers smelled alcohol inside the vehicle. Later, Ogden failed field sobriety tests as well. Hence she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Ogden was booked into the Coconino County Detention Facility. It is not known yet if she has a lawyer or not.
