Arizona Man Arrested For Alleged Fourth DUI In Salem, N.H.

30-year-old Adrian T. Johnson of Arizona was arrested by Salem New Hampshire Police for his alleged fourth drunk driving offense this Halloween in Salem, New Hampshire.

According to police reports, Johnson was initially pulled over for speeding. However, the officer at the scene quickly noticed signs of intoxication and arrested him.

His criminal record shows that Johnson has been convicted on DUI offenses a total of three times in Arizona and New Mexico.

He was arraigned in the 10th Circuit Court District Division Monday.

His charges include a fourth offense, reckless driving and operating a vehicle after license revocation/suspension.

He is being held on $10,000 cash bail.
